I am a live in land lady. I have two cats and there's one other female living here half of the week. Room is a spacious double room with furniture and plenty to of storage. We have a decent size garden, separate living room and kitchen. There's a main bathroom with a shower over the bath as well as an additional downstairs toilet. I have had lodgers for over 7 years. My most recent lodger is moving out in April so I am looking for a replacement. Looking for a well balanced flat mate who is relatively clean. Someone who makes an effort to interact but also who respects my own space.
