Hi, my name is Jacob and I’m currently living in a shared house with five other housemates in central Southend.

The location is ideal — just a 5-minute walk to the seafront and Southend Central (c2c) station, around 10–12 minutes to Southend Victoria station, 4 minutes to the Royals Shopping Centre, and only 2 minutes to the High Street. Everything you need is within easy walking distance.

The housemates are all very friendly and easygoing, making it a comfortable and welcoming place to live.

I’m moving out due to a new job starting in May, so the room will be available soon.
