There is a large fridge and large freezer with plenty of room for everyone to have their own personal shelf. There is a separate utility room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a dining room where you can sit and enjoy your meals along with a beautifully decorated communal lounge with corner sofa and a large flat screen TV. There are three newly fitted shared shower rooms and in addition to this, a downstairs cloakroom. Outside is a lovely private patio area with seating to enjoy after a day’s work, and there is also off street parking.
The monthly rent is fully inclusive of all bills - including gas and electricity, water, council tax, TV licence and SUPER FAST Virgin broadband. There are no extra costs - all you pay is the monthly rent. We also have hard wired WI-FI access points fitted on each level of the house to ensure the best possible WI-FI signal and reliability.
The house is a two-minute walk from a parade of shops including a bakery, café, convenience store, pharmacy, post office and a 24-hour Amazon locker. It is a short drive to both Basildon and Laindon train stations that will deliver you to London Fenchurch Street in 30 - 35 minutes and Southend-On-Sea in less than 20 minutes or you can walk to Basildon train station within 20/30 mins. The A13, A127 and A130 are closely situated with links to the M25. There is also a bus stop directly outside the house.
The communal rooms will be professionally cleaned regularly at no extra cost to yourself. If you wish for your room to be cleaned, this can be done at an extra charge. This house is fully licensed by Basildon Council and meets all fire and safety regulations.
