We are looking for nice, genuine professionals or mature students that are looking to live in a home not just a house.

There are TWO shared living room areas with sofa, tv and dining area in addition to a fully equipped kitchen` including washing machine. Therefore, we’re looking for lovely home sharers that get along and can maybe even have dinner together sometimes.

We are looking for someone that will be respectful of shared spaces and try and keep them clean and tidy. There is no current arrangement for a cleaner - but this can arranged if mutually agreed at an additional shared cost.

The rate is inclusive of high speed broadband, water, gas, electricity and council tax.

This home also comes with two very cute little kittens that are currently only 5 months old - they are cuddly and loving and very well behaved. You will not have to interact with the kittens if you do not want to but I am looking for someone that is tolerant of feline friends.
