We are looking for a lovely, clean (important!) housemate, as a spacious, sunny double bedroom has just become available in our friendly household. The location is fantastic, we are seconds from the beautiful Southchurch Park and 2 min walk from the best beach in Southend.
The house is really big, spacious, with 2 full bathrooms and additional toilets, large beautiful garden, garden shed (bike storage), laundry room.
Free on-street parking is available in the whole area, you never need to worry about parking space. Great bus links, as well as a train station 9 min walk away.
Neighbours are lovely, the house is on a quiet, residential street.
All housemates are adults, 24-70, working at various times so the house never feels loud or too busy. There's plenty of space. We are looking for someone clean, respectful, someone who cares about the place they live in and who they live with.
