Two separate rooms available - see photos. Both rooms are perfect hospital placement accomodation as it is a 5-10 min walk from the hospital. Located in Westcliff-on Sea.

Room 1 (the loft conversion ensuite on its own floor) is available both long and short term term so can be rented weekly or monthly for as long as needed. It is a self contained studio space. It is a very large private en-suite king-size bedroom. As it is a loft conversion of a Victorian house it is therefore very large and private as the main tenants have their own floor of the house). It has a microwave, kettle and fridge upstairs so it can be totally self contained. However there is also use of the kitchen downstairs and the washing machine etc when needed. It has been decorated recently with a light bright feel to it. It is to live with two professional landlords in a family home with two children.

It has as a king-size bed, 1 large fitted wardrobe, 2 large sets of drawers and another 4 large drawers of storage space under the bed. En-suite has a shower, sink and toilet. The room has been furnished to create a studio effect with a lounge area including a very comfortable double futon sofa, side table, desk/dining/dressing table with a chair and a flat screen television so you would have your own private lounge area. There is a microwave, kettle and fridge so you can prepare food. This is to rent the room exclusively but does not include use of other communal areas except washing machine and sink etc in kitchen.

£800 per month or £250 a week if it's a short let (including all bills and free wifi).

Room 2:
This is only available short term for 5 weeks from 25th July until 29th August as the main tenants are away for the summer. The room is a large double with a large king sized bed. It is on the first floor of the house where there is sole access to the large main bathroom with a bath and shower. This will not be used by anyone else.
There is a large full equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, grill, microwave and washing machine for you use.
Only one other person has access to the kitchen area but they have a studio room with their own kitchen facilities upstairs so will not use the main kitchen very often. The whole kitchen and dining area and breakfast bar is available to use but the other rooms in the house including lounge and other bedrooms are not available for use as they contain the family home's items.
