I'm seeking a flatmate for this 2 bed flat along the seafront with a lovely view, and wide floor-to-ceiling windows giving a lovely view of the sea.

Both bedrooms are fairly spacious however the one that's being advertised will have an en-suite bathroom included.

There is barrier restricted parking available and garage space available for anyone that drives.

The kitchen is fully stocked with Oven, Hob, Washing machine and a Dishwasher.

Duties such as cleaning and maintaining the flat will be on both of us, fill up the bin? take it out. Dishwashers full? turn it on etc.

I'm not a loud or invasive person so you don't have to worry about any invasions of privacy or disturbances, however im not averse to some good conversation. I work from home fulltime and go to the gym as such i'll spend a lot of the day in my bedroom working or relaxing.
