Double room available for rent in a 2 bed bungalow. The house is located only a 12 minute walk from Pitsea train station and the closest shops are Tesco superstore(10 min walk) , Pitsea Retail Park(>5 mins walk).

We are a young couple whos just had a baby and dont need the extra room for now. Our son is only 6 months, hes very friendly and likes seeing new people. We are openminded and clean and would love to share our space with a similar individual.
Instead of a TV we have a big projector where we have movie nights that give you that cinema feel.

The bedroom is a double bed with a gas lift and storage on all three sides sorrounding the bed. Loads of light and air coming from the big windows. The front of the house has enough parking space so if you drive, thats another plus.
1/3 of the garden space is being used as storage for my husband’s materials but the rest of the space is free to use. We have had many bbq gatherings here and it was great!
