Must be fine with a FRIENDLY big dog as she is a puppy and can get excited, gives good cuddles too. There's space to park car inside the gate, off street parking. Nothing but fields behind the house, nice for walks.

Want someone reliable who can pay their rent. Very quiet and chilled house. I keep to myself so won't be in your business. Just want someone to treat the place with respect like it was their own, clean up after them self for instance.

Can pay you to take care of my dog sometimes if you want. I am a single gay man if that's an issue, I don't know anyone in the area fairly new so I won't have friends over much or at all.
