I’m moving out in June first and am looking for someone to replace me!

The flat is perfectly located for students and those that wish to be close to everything fun in Edinburgh. It has amazing natural light, good heating and phone connection / WiFi has never been an issue.

There’s also a separate as including this room and another, but I thought I’d make one for those looking individually!

You would be living with my current flatmates Adrienne who has been an absolute joy to live with, as well as another new flatmate that you and Adrienne can decide on!
