The location:
Right on the edge of the Meadows which is one of Edinburgh's best green spaces and a hop, skip and a jump from the Old Town, and the city centre. You can be at the Royal Mile in about 15 minutes on foot. Genuinely hard to beat location wise.
The Flat:
The flat is a classic Edinburgh tenement on the edge of the Meadows, EH9. It is a lovely place to stay: bright, well-furnished, and full of character (including the obligatory creaky floorboards). It is not a luxury apartment, but it is comfortable, well-kept, and as mentioned in a brill location.
What you get:
The master bedroom is available, which has two single beds that can be pushed together to make a double if you prefer. You will have full use of the whole flat which has a good-sized living room, an open-plan kitchen (gas hob, electric oven, microwave), a separate bathroom and toilet, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a washing machine. There is also a pantry and extra storage.
My things are stored in the smaller bedroom, which will be locked off, so dear lodger, the rest of the flat is entirely yours.
Who I am looking for:
Anyone who will treat the flat well and enjoy Edinburgh properly. Perfect for students, visitors, or anyone needing a comfortable base. I am travelling, so you will have the place to yourself.
