Hello!
We're looking for a fourth flatmate to join our lovely flat in Marchmont. The flat is in a great location right beside Bruntsfield Links, with The Meadows, Bruntsfield, Newington, the University of Edinburgh campuses, and Edinburgh Napier's Merchiston campus all within easy walking distance. There are also plenty of nearby bus stops, shops, supermarkets, cafés, and other amenities close by.
You'll be living with three women aged 24–28, and we're all currently master's students. We're a friendly, relaxed household and enjoy hanging out together, whether that's having a chat in the kitchen or grabbing a coffee, but we also respect each other's space and downtime. We're looking for someone with a similar vibe who is easy-going, considerate, and will contribute to a comfortable and welcoming home.
We're ideally looking for another female around our age who is fairly chilled and looking for a calm place to live, while still being sociable and friendly. Students are preferred for council tax reasons
The move in date will be 15th of July. The rent is £610 per month, with a deposit of £825. Bills are currently around £34 per month, and Wi-Fi is £7 per month. The letting agency requires you to have a UK based guarantor. If you don't have a UK based guarantor then they will require you to pay 6 months rent upfront.
