Hi everyone, I have a freshly decorated, bright double room available in my flat.
The flat is bright, spacious and full of natural light, with large windows, generous rooms, far reaching views at the front and a good size private rear garden at the back. There is a really nice feeling of space throughout, as well as good storage, including a deep wardrobe, under bed drawers and extra storage cupboards in the flat.
The flat is currently on the market for sale, and the sale process usually takes around 6 to 12 months from when a buyer is found (no buyer found yet). I’m looking for someone who is flexible with this situation, can commit to at least 3 months, and ideally wants to stay for as long as possible until the flat is sold.
The room would suit someone who does not have too many belongings and is comfortable with occasional viewings. I will always give as much notice as possible for viewings, and you would need to be out of the flat while they take place. The room would also need to be kept clean, tidy and presentable, with belongings stored away for viewings.
Ideally, I’m looking for someone who doesn’t need to wake up incredibly early for work—preferably not before 7:00 AM. I'm not much of an early riser myself, so it would be great to find someone with a similar routine :)
You’ll be sharing the flat with just me, a working professional. I like to cook, go jogging and swimming.
I’m looking for someone who appreciates a peaceful, relaxed and easygoing home, with no loud music, and who is happy to help keep the flat clean and tidy.
This has been a flatshare for many years, and because of the large size of the flat, garden and good storage, it has always worked really well for sharing.

10 minute drive to Harpenden for fast trains
On street parking outside
Amenities
5 minute walk to Tesco, a bakery, coffee shop and riverside parkland
Bills
Rent excludes bills. Bills are approximately £165 per month each during summer.

Min 3 months stay. 1 months notice
