The house has shared access to the bathroom, kitchen and living room. It is in a very convenient location, around 15 minutes’ walk to the University of Hertfordshire, about 2 minutes’ walk to The Galleria shopping centre, and around 3 minutes’ walk to the nearest bus stop. Hatfield train station is also nearby.

I’m looking for a clean, quiet and friendly lodger who is respectful of shared spaces. No smoking. Someone who keeps noise to a reasonable level and is tidy in the kitchen/bathroom would be ideal.
