I am a private live-out landlord with a middle floor double room available to rent in my house in Oaklands Wood in Hatfield.
The cost of rental is for a couple sharing the room, for single occupancy the cost of rental is £885.00 per calendar month. This room is available to a professional(s) or mature student(s) aged 25 years of age or above.
All bills are included in the rental price, including gas, electricity, water, Council Tax, TV license, broadband.
High speed broadband is available at the house.
The house is fully furnished with a kitchen diner that is equipped with an oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, all crockery and cutlery, saucepans and utensils. I have a full time cleaner who, on a weekly basis, cleans all the shared areas within the house.
Both the house and private garden are fully maintained by my friendly team.
The bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, a bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and chair, washbasin. There is also a TV point in the bedroom.
