I have two rooms available, but I am only looking to rent out one room as I will be staying in the other room.

Happy for someone single to stay or a couple. Only non smokers I’m afraid.

My house is situated on a very quiet cul-de-sac away from the main roads, next to a nature reserve (perfect for walking, running or cycling!) and based in Park Street, St Albans.

There is parking on the road, or a small free car park at the bottom of the road.

It is a ~15 min drive to both Elstree and Leavesden film studios. Or a ~30 min drive to Pinewood Studios.

The Park Street Train Station is less than a ten minute walk, which will take you to St Albans or London Euston (via Watford Junction). And there are also bus routes within a very short walk.

Room 1 (double room - purple bedding):
A lovely character room with a 5’ wide king size bed.
Shared bathroom with shower.
Large kitchen inc. washing machine.
Lounge and dining area with smart TV.
Wi-Fi included.
£800 per month for singles or £1100 per month for couples, inclusive of all bills and council tax.

Room 2 (single room - turquoise bedding):
A snug but lovely room with a 4’ wide bed (queen) desk, chair and smart TV.
Large kitchen with washing machine use.
Bathroom with shower.
Lounge and dining area with smart TV.
Garden.
Wi-Fi included.
£650 per month inclusive of all bills and council tax.
