I am a private live-out landlord with a middle floor double room available to rent in one of my houses in Barlow Close in Hatfield.
Cost of rental for a couple sharing the room is £985.00 per calendar month, for single occupancy the cost of rental is £885.00 per calendar month.

The house is fully furnished, and the house and private garden are maintained by my friendly team. There is a kitchen diner equipped with an oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washer dryer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, all crockery and cutlery. I have a full time cleaner who, on a weekly basis, cleans all the shared areas within the house.
The bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, a washbasin, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. There is also a TV point in the bedroom.
