I am a living landlord who works full time and the other occupant is my 10 year old child.. The child goes to school. We live in a clean and tidy 3 bed house with large drive way which can accommodate 2 - 3 cars and a large garden at the rear. We have a cleaner and gardener in place. All the bills are included within the rent.
