The property is in an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk to the city centre and St Albans City train station, making it ideal for commuting.

I’ll be moving out mid-March and am looking for someone to take over my room. I’ve truly enjoyed living here — my housemate is a 32-year-old teacher who is friendly, clean, and very easy to live with.
