Large, spacious double room in St Albans, available from end of September. The room is unfurnished but the current occupant may be happy to leave some furniture for a small cost - but happy to discuss! I’ve lived here for 3 years (and my flatmate for 5), the landlord is very reasonable and we haven’t had any issues. The area is nice with shops close by, the station a 10 min walk away and easy access to town! I’m a very relaxed flatmate, just looking for someone clean, friendly and easy to get along with.
