We are a group of 3 guys, currently students at the University of St Andrews, looking for another student to move into our house as soon as possible for the second semester of this academic year.

The room is upstairs and has a double bed and good wardrobe space. The house has a good living room and decent kitchen along with a large garden. There are two bathrooms in the house, one upstairs with three of the bedrooms and one downstairs.

The house is less than a 10 minute walk from the centre of town.

Rent would be £700 a month with a £750 deposit. Landlords require both character and previous landlord references.
