I have a furnished double room available, with shared bathroom, lounge and kitchen. Large garden and a house full plants, adjacent woodland and nearby access to clay trails. Parking space available.
Respectful, clean and tidy people only. This would suit a working person or student, who enjoys peace and quiet. Though I wouldn't expect you to feel like you have to stay in your room, and I do enjoy having occasional parties.
I work full time for a landscaping company and spend a lot of my time outside.
