I have available a large Double room.

The room features 2 large windows, a comfortable Kings size bed, an oak wardrobe with drawers and a lock to the door. There is also a working fireplace in the room.
Bed linen can also be provided including pillows, cotton bedding and duvet.

The cottage is an historic, early 19th century stone building in the lovely harbour village of Mevagissey.
This charming grade 11 listed building features traditional rubble construction, slate roofing, & a cosy fireplace.
The kitchen features all cooking supplies you may need, there is also 2 coffee machines, a large Belfast sink, a dishwasher, a microwave and a washer-dryer. In the kitchen there is also a dining table.
There is an open plan layout between the kitchen and sitting room which has high ceilings, large sash windows, tv and cosy seating.

The bathroom features a free standing mirror and separate shower cubicle, beside the bathroom is a walk in closet where the linen cupboard is also located.

There is also a back door located upstairs which leads on to the outside garden space with seating.

The terrace sits slightly above the main village streets, giving it a peaceful setting just a short walk down to the historic harbour, local pubs & seaside restaurants.

Place will be shared with myself and my two cats. I am completing my Masters in Law online and will from time to time be staying in London.
I am therefore seeking someone who is reliable & kind and would be happy to take good care of my cats when I am away.
