Are you a professional looking for a spacious and comfortable room in a stunning location? Do you enjoy socialising with your flatmates, but also value your privacy and independence? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our amazing 6-bedroom large detached house in Carlyon Bay, Cornwall.

Our house is located in one of the most exclusive and beautiful areas in Cornwall, just 2 minutes walk from the beach and a short stroll to the historic port of Charlestown. You will have access to a large modern kitchen, a bright and airy living room, a utility room with all the appliances you need, and a gorgeous garden with a gas BBQ and bar. The house is also equipped with super-fast Wi-Fi, solar-powered electricity, gas central heating, and keyless entry doors.

Your room is a newly refurbished double room with a 40” TV, and a wardrobe, bed, and dresser. You can choose to have it furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference. The room is also secure and lockable, with a Yale lock fire door and CCTV cameras around the house.

You will be sharing the house with six friendly and professional flatmates: a company director, an operations director, a receptionist, an archaeologist, a manager, and an actor. We are a social bunch, and we often have BBQs, beach and boat trips, and cook for each other. But we also respect each other’s space and privacy, and there is plenty of room for everyone to do their own thing.
