The room has a set of drawers, a queen sized double bed (small double), a built in wardrobe/ cupboard and several power outlets.

The house will be shared with myself as I live here, Occasionally other tenants when they are staying here and not elsewhere (1 female and 1 male)


Sometimes my child will be staying so I will be carrying out the relevant checks.

The rent price include fibre Internet, energy, ct (may need to be discussed if a heavy user or work from home due to the current world climate and increas9ng energy costs)


This can be further discussed if it arises.

The house is semi detached with parking outside of the house, driveway use (if there's space), central heating, patio, shed for storage, large fridge, freezer washer, dryer, bath, shower, etc.

Would preferably suit a single working person although I will take considerations in regards to housing benefits/UC etc.

Price: £420pm or £100pw, £200 deposit, it is this price as CT has increased massively if no longer 1 occupier.


There may be a possibility of a bigger room in the future as I have 2 spare rooms here but one is currently in use for storage all year round.
