Hello, we've got a medium sized double bedroom available to rent in our flat.
Situated 2 minutes away from the seafront and less than 10 minute walk to the station!! There are lots of pubs around and easy access to shops and pharmacies.

We've got a cat who already lives here and he's very friendly once he gets to know you, unfortunately there are no dogs or other cats allowed at this property.

There are two W/Cs, one is a shower room and the other is a bathroom. The open plan living room is a large 28ft space with plenty of seating area.

There are currently 2 1/2 people living here, the 1/2 is studying in London so is away most of the time. Our other housemate is a band manager so he's away for some weeks at a time, he has a teenage daughter who comes and stays every now and then so please be mindful. And I am working full time in St Leonards.

We're looking for someone with a full time job who likes to chat and go on flat dates with us 😁, likes plants and cats and is clean. There is no parking at the property but there are spaces around on the other roads which are free. Bills are not included in the room price and vary every month (between 150-200 depending on the season)
