We have a large and comfortable room to let with a double bed and chest of draws. There is a wardrobe cupboard on the landing also. Quiet area. Need to like dogs as we have two greyhounds, and also 1 cat all of which are very affectionate. My wife and I both work and are involved in local live music, so musicians are very welcome. I iam out 4 evenings a week and my wife 2 so generally you would have the house to yourself of an evening. We are up early for work and usually have left about 7.30am. It is a shared kitchen and bathroom so you would be expected to clean up after yourself. You would also need to supply your own food and cook for yourself. Non smoker preferred.
