The room is suitable for a young, independent, professional of any age!
It's always been a friendly house but not a 'party' house.
Everyone is friendly but mindful of each other’s privacy.
There's a shared kitchen with cooking and washing facilities. Shared bathroom, a spacious living area with a downstairs loo and garden.
If you drive, there is free parking outside on the street. If you don't, Whitton overground is a few minutes walk away on the High Street where you can get everything you need.
The overground takes you straight to Waterloo or Richmond (two stops) where you can get the tube (District Line).
The price includes ALL bills (No surprises!).
Small (returnable) deposit, 3 month minimum stay and one months notice if your circumstances change.

You are obviously free to personalise the room to your own taste... (not mine) !!!!

Before you call, it’s worth noting that we don't encourage those who 'Work From Home' or students who 'Study From Home'.
They often need silence in the daytime which other housemates find restrictive!
Additionally, Bills are included and energy prices have increased, .so we obviously prefer people who have similar working hours!
