I’m in a tenant in a gorgeous top floor flat. I have a really bright and airy, freshly redecorated unfurnished double bedroom with HUGE built in wardrobes up for let for the right person 🥰 I’m looking for ASAP, latest being mid July

I’m looking for someone who has a similar vibe to me, enjoys a alcoholic (or non alcoholic) beverage with me in the evenings, preferably vegetarian/vegan (but obviously not a deal breaker) and someone who can treat the flat as a home, rather than just a place to stay 🥳

There is a separate bathroom to the toilet which I love and the lounge is huge and I also have a little office space. The kitchen is by far my favourite as it’s massive and has so much storage space and a gas cooker 🤤
The room is spacious enough for a double bed and other furnishing! As it's a top floor flat it's super private, so there won't be anyone walking past etc.

The flat itself is right near Strawberry Hill station (like a 5 min walk!) and the area is reaaaally lovely for walks/runs. Lots of shops nearby, got a big homebase and a Sainsbury's!

The ideal flat mate is someone who is up for a laugh, doesn't take themselves too seriously and is willing to put up with all my plants, present and future 🌱


Also have a private outside roof laundry area! Only used by myself and the flat opposite.


Little about me, I’m a 26 y/o gay vegan, I work in finance in New Malden (currently WFH) and I love my job. I also work part time as a severe/end of life dementia carer on top. I’m super chill and real easy to get along with, I love cooking and love coffee even more. I am also in a long distance relationship with a guy who lives in the Kentucky, US

Contract:
You will have a yearly rolling contract (assured short hold tenancy) - this will include a joint tenancy agreement between you, myself and the live out landlord, you’d need to provide a work reference (if you can’t provide one a personal reference will do, but isn’t preferred), and may be subject to a credit check, which is done by a third party, however you will need to provide your most recent payslip. You’ll need a passport or a driving licence from the country you’re from
