Lovely single room available for a very clean and tidy professional. Please see photos as no storage in the room

You must be a guest that goes to work/Uni during the day on week days so I have my place for myself 9-5pm.

I work from home, in the open plan room/kitchen so I need someone quiet but I'm happy for you to eat on the dinner table.

New bed, mattress and pillows plus a desk, chair and a table lamp.

Fully kitchen but i'm jealous of my stuff, everything is new and sparkling clean.

I only allow use of microwave to heat up food in the evenings, please clean up after yourself.

Got a Dish washer and washing machine, underfloor heating used in the winter.

I go out and travel a lot so if I am not here I'd expect you to look after the place and water my plants please.

I try to be green, I recycle, save electricity and gas for the environment and my pocket as well.

On street parking with restrictions but a visitors parking permit can be arranged at a low cost

Shoe, pet and smoke free home.

No visitors allowed.
