I’m Pavel, 32 year old finance professional looking for a friend to peacefully co-live, learn and grow together. I enjoy a simple lifestyle of reading, eating healthy (I don’t drink) and I rarely have guests over and tend to spend my evenings/weekends watching classical movies or educational docu-series. I’m in a quiet, healing, self education phase of life and I value a peaceful, tranquil and loving atmosphere at home,

Along with king size room and a private en suite there is a single room which may or may not stay vacant, a large living room with home cinema and garden. All bills included and I’m on top of all the admin. Private parking space and a dedicated secure bike & luggage shed available.

The flat is part of a gated community 100 metres to a magical riverside walk, 100 metres to the largest Sainsbury's in Surrey and state of the art gym with sauna and swimming pool, 500 metres to high street with banks and riverside restaurants, it’s a superb (high end) location.

There is loads of green, and both Richmond Park and Bushy Park a walking distance away, ideal for bike or hike lovers, which I love myself.
