I have a nice double room to let in my flat during the week ( Monday to Friday morning , although there is some flexibility around this and around the price if it was less than the full midweek). The bathroom is next to the bedroom and as my room is an en suite, you would have
Price would be £500 a month for /4 nights a week ; £400 a month for 4 days/ 3 nights a week.
The flat is very nice as you can see from the photos and has a small patio as well as communal gardens. It is 150 metres from Hampton Wick train station which takes you to Waterloo in 30 minutes, 2 minutes to the banks of the Thames and 7 minutes walk into Kingston with it's shops, bars and restaurants. There is a small parade of shops next to the flat including a post office/corner shop, Indian restaurant and a couple of lively pubs.


Free street parking is available from 6-30pm to 8-30am, otherwise permits will be needed.
