Hi, My name is Liam, my partner and I have found an awesome flat in Hampton Wick that we would like to move into, however she won't be able to join me until November. So we're looking for someone to take a room for up to 3 months.

The property is a stunning art deco flat with tonnes of character and lovely parquet flooring. It should be ready to move in by August 7th and the bedroom would be 13.5 sqm with inbuilt storage and lots of light.

There are 3 main communal spaces including a large entrance, large living room and smaller spare room / craft room. The property is unfurnished so theres opportunity to use your own stuff before we furnish ourselves. We also have a garage for storage too.

The flat is situated right opposite Bushy Park which has stunning walking / cycling routes with lots of Deer! It's a 4 min walk to the river and across the river is Kingston town centre (10 min walk) with a plethora of shopping, food, pubs, bars etc

A little about me, I'm 37 working in retail and entertainment. I like to play tabletop games, computer games, watching TV shows and movies.

My ideal flatmate would be in employment, respectful of the communal spaces, non-smoker and veggie / vegan (unless able to use own cooking utensils). Other than that I'm interested in nice people and good vibes.

I also have a small dog (in pictures), so the ideal flatmate would ideally be pet friendly (or at least tolerable).
