The room currently has a single bed, desk and chair and a built in wardrobe. It can fit a double bed if you have one.

Extra bills to be paid monthly include water and internet (set price) and electric depending on usage.

I am the live-out landlord. You will be living with the co-owner of the flat but I manage the rental for the room.
