My wife and I have a single room to let in our quiet family home, where we let rooms to other young professionals. The house is situated on a bus route, with frequent buses to Twickenham, Richmond and Kingston. Teddington station(zone 6) is 10-15 minutes' walk with frequent trains to London Waterloo(30 minutes). Teddington Lock on the River Thames is 5 minutes walk away, and local shops are nearby within walking distance.
Rent includes all bills and free wifi access. Room has plenty of storage, with large drawers under the bed, large desk with storage underneath and a shelf above. There is also a large wardrobe with storage drawer underneath and further storage above. There is a flat screen TV available if required. Bike shed available if needed. Large bath/shower room adjacent to room, shared with 2 others. Large kitchen shared only with the owners.
