Hi!

I'm looking for a female tenant to take over my flatmate's tenancy. The room is spacious (~5.3m by 3.2m), in a large top-floor flat with a kitchen, living room and bathroom shared with me (24 year old, friendly female professional).

The flat is great for commuters (less than 5 minutes from Teddington train station), very close to Bushy Park, supermarkets and lovely cafes!

The kitchen-diner has a full-size dishwasher and a washing machine. There's a large wardrobe cupboard in the corridor for each of us, so you'll have plenty of storage space!

I'm looking for someone who is friendly and preferably social, but quiet is also fine as long as we get along well and respect each other :) Being clean and tidy is non-negotiable for me, and you need to be financially stable to afford the room. References will be required for the letting agency.

Moving date is negotiable, but my current flatnate is moving out at the beginning of March.

My current flatmate is willing to sell some of her furniture, this is negotiable between yourselves.

Deposit: 5 weeks' rent (c.£1137.50)
