As above it's a big single room in a 2 bed house very close to Lisburn road, Belfast city centre, and Boucher road. Also very close to The Royal Victoria Hospital and City Hospital (less than 1 mile to both). It has great options for transport links with the M1 motorway nearby and plenty of bus and train stops within 5-10 mins walking time. Big friendly dog here (Collie X Alaskan Malamute) but he is very docile and loves new people/being petted. The open plan living room and kitchen has been extended, is very spacious and houses a washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and microwave and oven. The yard is small and brick built but well kept and I have a few nice plants etc out there. There is also a small roof terrace which can be accessed directly from the second bedroom or the hallway. I would expect any potential housemate to clean up after themselves and help out with basic housekeeping in the shared areas. Monthly stays = Monthly rent/deposit.
