My flatmate and I are looking for someone to takeover our two bed flat on Malone Avenue. There is one bathroom, two spacious double rooms and a kitchen/living area. There is also plenty of storage space not just located in the bedrooms. The letting period would be from 1st of May to the 31st of July. This would be a direct transfer of the lease and not a sublet. You will be dealing with McFarlane and Smyth. We have found them to be a very reliable letting agent. They are also available if repairs or other kinds of maintenance is needed.
