Hey Guys,

I'm looking for someone to rent out the spare double room in my flat. I have just moved in which is why I have no furniture haha, but that is coming in a few days. You would have exclusive use of the main bathroom which is directly across from the room on offer. There is also an allocated parking space which you can have. There are also outdoor bike racks. All bills are included apart from the electric which I’d want to split.

Its a relatively new build flat on the outskirts of the city and there is a bus stop directly outside the development which gets you to Belfast city hall in 15 minutes. There is a built in wardrobe and a new mattress (coming).

I work in the Royal Hospital generally 9/5 but i'm usually on call one night a week. Im a pretty easy-going and quiet person who enjoys a good movie with a large glass of wine. I have had people live with me before in my previous property with no issues.

I would love the person sharing my flat to be a professional or masters/PhD student who wants a quiet, modern place to stay. I would be willing to consider a Monday/Friday rent as well for the right person.
