Double room in a two-bed ground-floor flat on Wellesley Avenue, right next to the Lisburn Road and bus stops. The flat includes a shared kitchen and living room with a TV. There is a small patio outside. Parking is available on the street.

Rates are paid by the landlord. Gas and electric are on a meter, and wifi is on a monthly basis - overall bills are about £50 - £60 a month, depending on usage. Rent is £550 a month.

The flat is currently occupied by myself and another flatmate, who is moving out this month, so the room will be available from mid-May. I am a 2nd Year Biological Sciences PhD student at QUB, and enjoy gaming (online and board games) as well as baking, arts and crafts, watching TV and especially going to the cinema. I enjoy socialising but also value my own space. I am looking for someone clean, friendly and sociable who might be up for the occasional movie or games night! Pets are very welcome but subject to the landlord's approval. If this sounds like the right fit please get in touch :)
