I’m moving out of my gorgeous flat this month and am looking for someone to move in at the start of Feb! Rent is £400 and bills are roughly £50/month but is usually less during the summer months.

The flat is located off Lisburn Road and is close to the university with good transport links into the city centre, which is roughly a 25 min walk from the flat. It’s a 3 bedroom flat with 2 bathrooms and an open living/kitchen area. There’s a washing machine in the kitchen and plenty of storage space.

The room comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, bedside table, small mirrors, chest of drawers and desk/chair. The current tenancy runs until July, but you can sign on for the next year if you’re looking to stay longer.

You’ll be living with two lovely girls who are both PhD students and who I’m so sad to be leaving behind. They’re both friendly and chatty and love both chilled nights in and nights out. They’re easygoing and keep the flat clean and tidy, and they’re looking for somebody similar who can ideally be a friend as well as a flatmate.

I’ll be moving out before February so the girls will be doing viewings and you’ll get the chance to chat to them both. Drop me a message if this sounds like the flat for you!
