I am a private live-out landlord with a ground floor single room with its own private shower and washbasin, available to rent in my house in Barlow Close in Hatfield, walking distance to Hatfield Business Park.

All bills are included in the rental, includes gas, electricity, water, Council Tax, broadband, TV license.

High speed broadband is available at the house.

There is a large kitchen diner, equipped with a cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, all crockery and cutlery. I have a full time cleaner who, on a weekly basis, cleans all the shared areas within the house. Both the house and private garden are fully maintained by my friendly team.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable bed, a bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. There is also a television point in the room. There is a private shower and washbasin in the room, no toilet.

Parking is available.
