My name is Vince. I am an easy going live in landlord. I have a single room available (only non smokers I’m afraid).

My house is situated on a very quiet cul-de-sac away from the main roads, next to a nature reserve (perfect for walking, running or cycling!) and based in Park Street, St Albans.

There is parking on the road, or a small free car park at the bottom of the road.

The Park Street Train Station is less than a ten minute walk, which will take you to St Albans Abbey or London Euston (via Watford Junction). And there are also bus routes within a very short walk.

A snug but lovely room with a 4’ wide bed (queen) desk, chair and smart TV.
Bathroom with shower.
Large kitchen with washing machine use.
Lounge and dining area with smart TV.
