The property is a quiet, spacious three-storey Victorian house just off Tooting High Street. It is equipped with two large living rooms, a kitchen and a garden. If you drive, you can apply for a permit and park your car outside the house. The room itself has a juliet balcony with roof access and is right next to the bathroom.

It is a 4-minute walk away from Tooting Broadway station, Aldi (!!), the gym, Tooting market and all the restaurants on Tooting High st. Tooting Common, Tooting Bec and Balham are all close by.

All the girls are between 24-29 and have full-time jobs, but sometimes work from home and occasionally have people over for dinner. The ideal housemate would be another girl who is clean, friendly, and considerate.

Rent is £830 monthly and bills are not included, but usually range between £30 - £70.
