🏠 Looking for someone friendly and tidy to take over my lovely room in a cosy, home-like flat in Tooting. The location is amazing , just 5 minutes’ walk to Tooting Broadway Station, and 4-5 minutes to both Sainsbury’s and Lidl. Super convenient for commuting and everyday shopping.

🏠 The flat is shared with two others, including a lovely housemate from Finland and other from Wales who is warm, respectful, and easy to live with. Ideally they're looking for another female housemate, and professionals are preferred, though students are welcome (UK guarantor required).

🏠 The room comes fully furnished, and the flat itself is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated, especially the living room, which is bright, cosy, and perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, an oven, a microwave, a kettle and a laundry machine. The bathroom has also been consistently kept very clean.
