Recently retired and widowed but still work part time. I Also play the violin and sing in a commercial Sea Shanty Singing Group. The two rooms I have to let are a kitchen/living room and a bedroom with an ensuite shower room on the top floor of a three storey Victorian House in a quiet street, only four minutes walk form Colliers Wood Tube station and ten minutes walk form St George's Hospital.
The bedroom faces EAst -, overlooks a pretty garden and has lovely sunlight in the mornings, and one can hear the birds singing
The kitchen/living rom faces East, nen can see out to Wimbledon and has pleasant sun light in the late afternoons and early evenings
I prefer a female, because the last one I had (who was a student at St George's Hospital) was clean, tidy, polite and quiet, and stayed for four years- and has only just left- after completing her studies at St George's
