Double room in a spacious house on a peaceful residential road, 15 min walk from Tooting Broadway station and 10 min walk from Tooting common.

This house comes with 3 lovely housemates, a garden with terrace, a shed (for extra bits and bobs), two separate living room spaces, a dishwasher, and a very big shared bathroom.

I'm sadly leaving to move in with my boyfriend but have really loved living in this homey place - plus the rent is an absolute steal! Bills also come to around £85 pcm in Autumn months which includes a bi-weekly cleaner for communal spaces.

The bedroom overlooks the garden at that back and though I don't have a desk, the previous tenant did fit one in the room!

Current housemates work in a mix of media, advertising, and social impact analysis. Ideally we're looking for someone who's chill, clean and tidy, and preferably someone who works in office a few days a week.

The move in date is slightly flexible so let me know what your situation is, but ideally between 1st-20th December. Deposit is actually £840 (£3360 split equally between tenants) but the app is being difficult.
