Hello! My current flatmate is unfortunately moving out, and as I will be staying in London for another year I am looking to find someone to share this property with.

The property is in a really safe, residential area. Free parking, and is a 20 minute walk from Tooting Broadway station and a 15 minute walk from Earsfield station. It comes furnished and is quite a spacious flat.

I’m a very chill person, usually work 4 days on 4 days off. So most of the time you’d have the house to yourself up until nighttime. Looking for someone that I can consider a friend and not just a roomate!! If interested please feel free to message me and we can arrange viewings
