We have a spare room available in a lovely house with a big garden that we really enjoy. You would be sharing with two of us (Zoë & Em) both in our early 30s and we’ve worked to make the house feel warm, welcoming, and relaxed. It’s a queer-friendly home and we’re looking for someone who fits that vibe.
The location has easy access to both Tooting Bec and Streatham stations. We’re also lucky with our landlords, who are private, super helpful, and accommodating, so there’s no agency nonsense to deal with. Rent has actually recently gone up, but hadn't been raised for years beforehand.
Your room is south-facing and comes with a desk, wardrobe, and a shelf. In the past, landlords have often been helping about buying extra furniture when needed.
Bills work out to about £120 a month. We keep things tidy, but we’re in the process of setting up a shared cleaner that we’ll all chip in for together.
If you’re interested, please send us a message and include the following:
1. Your ideal move-in date (we can be reasonably flexible, but let us know what works for you).
2. Your availability for viewings over the next few weeks. Particularly next week, 29th-5th!
3. A bit about yourself and what you’re hoping to find in housemates.
