The room available is on the 1st floor and you’ll have your own separate toilet and shower room which is located on the ground floor directly below your room.

You’ll be one of 7 girls in the house who are all in their 20’s so looking for someone who also is in their 20s and is looking for a social fun house. Most of the girls love to hang out in the evenings either in the house or going to get a drink at the local which is only a 3 minute walk! So looking for someone a similar vibe!

The house is modern and well kept, our landlord is amazing and attentive with any issues that arise.

Rent is £1070 including bills plus £11 every 2 weeks for a cleaner.
